Building the Fortent community
Fortent recognizes the integral role the User Groups play in the development of its anti-money laundering, KYC, and fraud detection products and services. The User Groups are run by our customers and are aligned by region. Today, Fortent-facilitated User Groups covering North America, Europe and South Africa are regularly attended by representatives of over 35 leading national and global financial institutions.

Customer participation in the User Group community is an excellent way to maximize the Fortent investment, communicate client needs and provide product feedback.

The User Groups meet several times per year, offering customers the opportunity to:

• Discuss current releases
• Network with peers
• Participate in commercial and technical discussions
• Provide input on product enhancements

Services provided to User Groups
Fortent actively supports the independent User Group model with a range of support services, which are provided at no additional fee. These services include providing:

• Fortent experts who are available to speak on a wide variety of topics
• Staff resources including a management sponsor
• Meeting space and logistics support for the meetings (although meetings are often hosted and held on customer sites)
• Key industry speakers discussing specific areas of expertise.

Through our KYC and anti-money laundering products, Fortent is dedicated to helping financial organizations to fight financial crime. One tool that helps us refine our fraud detection products is the user group community. Through our user groups, Fortent receives valuable feedback and clients get the opportunity to communicate with each other.
