Sandra S. Jaffee, CEO
Sandra S. Jaffee formerly worked at Warburg Pincus as Entrepreneur-in-Residence where she focused on the media and business service sectors. Prior to Warburg Pincus, Ms. Jaffee was Executive Vice President of Citibank. As President and CEO of Citibank's Global Securities Services, Ms. Jaffee was in charge of Citibank's securities processing and transaction businesses, serving global issuers, intermediaries, and investors. During her tenure at Citibank, Ms. Jaffee was also responsible for relationship management and client coverage for Citigroup's Financial Institutions in Global Transaction Services. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of The Hartford Mutual Funds. Ms. Jaffee received her B.A. from Tufts University.

Rich Green, Director
The Executive Vice President of Software for Sun Microsystems Inc., Rich Green has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He provides critical insight into the evolution of developer platforms and enterprise software alike. Mr. Green is currently responsible for the overall operational leadership of Sun's software division including the Solaris Enterprise System and Solaris Operating System, the Java Enterprise System suites, and Java Studio developer tools. In addition, he spearheads a variety of industry-standards efforts and open source communities. As Sun's chief Java advocate, Mr. Green played an essential role in the company's negotiations leading to its landmark settlement and collaboration agreement with Microsoft. Mr. Green earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the State University of New York at Albany.

Bill Janeway, Director
Bill Janeway is Vice Chairman of Warburg Pincus and a member of the firm's Management Committee. He joined Warburg Pincus in 1988 to develop the firm's investment activities in Information and Communications Technology. Currently, Dr. Janeway sits on the Board of Directors for BEA; Nuance, Inc. (formerly ScanSoft Inc.); O'Reilly Media, Inc.; and Wall Street Systems. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cambridge in America (University of Cambridge) and co-chair of Cambridge's 800th Anniversary Campaign and an Honorary Fellow of Pembroke College, Cambridge; he is also a Director of the Social Sciences Research Council. Dr. Janeway was valedictorian of Princeton's Class of 1965 and received his Ph.D. from Cambridge, which he attended as a Marshall Scholar, in 1971.

James Neary, Director
James Neary has been with Warburg Pincus since 2000 and focuses on late-stage investments in the information and communication technology and media and business services sectors. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Neary led the firm's Capital Markets activities. Previously, he was a Managing Director in Leveraged Finance at Chase Securities and in the Leveraged Finance Group at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Neary received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was the Eugene Lerner Finance Scholar.

Peter J. Wallison, Director
An expert on financial services and banking law, Peter J. Wallison served as White House Counsel to President Ronald Reagan and General Counsel to the United States Treasury Department, where he had a significant role in developing the Reagan administration's proposals for deregulations in the financial services industry. Mr. Wallison joined the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) for Public Policy Research in January 1999 as a Resident Fellow and Co-Director of AEI's program on Financial Market Deregulation. Prior to joining AEI, he practiced banking, corporate, and financial law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Washington, D.C. and New York. He also served as General Counsel to the Depository Institutions Deregulation Committee and participated in the Treasury Department's efforts to deal with the LDC debt issue in developing countries. Between 1972 and 1976, Mr. Wallison served first as Special Assistant to New York Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller and, subsequently, as Counsel to Mr. Rockefeller when he was Vice President of the United States. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Harvard University.
